Hi Friends, Last week i read an article on weight loss. In that article it was mentioned that "a research was conducted in which it was found that when people are upset, they start eating more in order to combat their emotional disturbance". The research conclude that obesity is some place connected with emotion also. A person who always think positive is more healthy and active mentally and physically as compared to another person.
